Pampa are a meat wholesaler, serving pubs, restaurants and butchers shops in North London.
Pampa were turning over about £1million but needed strategic help determining how to take the business forward. Immediately they needed direction to put together a business plan to take to the bank to raise money for expansion and then they needed marketing help to bring in new business and to continue to grow.
My first job was help them put together a business plan and a strategic plan. This convinced the bank to lend them money to fund the next phase of their development.
I then created a new corporate identity for them to reflect the business they’re in and their Brazilian heritage.
The next task was to write and create a new website to replace a very old fashioned and uninformative website. Once that was created we drove traffic to the site via SEO and Google Adwords.
At the same time we implemented an email marketing campaign, a direct mail campaign and a telemarketing campaign.
- The result was a massive influx of business.
- Within 14 months turnover had doubled to £2million and the number of customers had increased from 86 to 144.
- Within 2.5 years the turnover hit £3million and customer numbers had increased to 202.
Mike was instrumental in drafting our business plan which helped us get much needed funding into the business. Mike is now overseeing all our marketing and business development and has helped us to double our turnover in the last twelve months. He has written and managed the design of our new web site which is vital for small business marketing. It is now generating a regular stream of enquiries for us . Overall Mike has done a terrific job.
